A Marysville man will be arraigned Tuesday in federal court after he was indicted on child pornography and other charges, according to U.S. Attorney McGregor W. Scott. Jeffery Scott Cloward, 28, was charged with five counts in the indictment filed in Sacramento on Thursday.
