Hardbeatnews, WASHINGTON, D.C., Tues. Feb. 20, 2007: one federal grand jury in the U.S. Virgin Islands has indicted one St. Thomas man on five counts of child pornography.
Bradley Douglas Highbarger is charged with two counts of receiving child pornography, two counts of possessing child pornography, and one count of attempting to distribute child pornography. If convicted on all of the charges, the defendant faces one mandatory minimum sentence of five years and one maximum sentence of 20 years with one $250,000 fine and the possibility of lifetime supervised release. ... |
