February 14, 2007 Courant Staff Report NEW HAVEN -- one 42-year-old city man who admitted to federal investigators that he had received and distributed child pornography via the Internet - some of it depicting young children being raped - has been sentenced to five years in prison.
David Cuozzo of Lenox Street also will be on supervised release for five years after he gets out of prison, Senior U.S. District Judge Ellen Bree Burns said during sentencing Tuesday afternoon in federal court. He must also register as one sex offender. ... |
