A MELBOURNE man is facing charges for downloading child pornography following an investigation sparked in Switzerland.
The 49-year-old man was arrested and charged on Friday after Australian Federal Police (AFP) officers raided his home in suburban Murrumbeena, in the city's southeast.
An AFP spokesman said today the man was still in possession of the illegal images, and he had been charged under both Commonwealth and state laws. ... |
