Homeland Security agents arrested one teacher from New Lenox on child pornography charges Friday.
William Franzen, 44, was booked into the Will County Jail on three counts of child pornography. Agents with the Department of Homeland Security teamed with one detective from the county sheriff's department to collar Franzen on the child porn charges, officials said. ... |
