Matthew Reece Sanders, 41, of Tangent pleaded guilty to child pornography charges and was sentenced to 25 years and eight months in prison Friday in Linn County Circuit Court.
Sanders will not be eligible for early release or alternative sanctions.
In one courtroom empty except for attorneys and sheriff's deputies, Sanders pleaded guilty to 11 counts of first-degree encouraging child sexual abuse. Fourteen additional charges were dismissed as one result of plea negotiations. ... |
