| SANTA ROSA, Calif. one hearing that could make or break the California child pornography case against former JonBenet Ramsey suspect John Karr is set for today.Investigators have lost the original computer seized from Karr in 2001. Prosecutors say they have one copy of it, but Karr's lawyers are fighting to bar their use of it.Prosecutors want to use the copy to show the jury the five pictures of alleged child porn Karr is charged with possessing.But the defense says it's impossible to know when the copy was made and who had access to it. That's because it was simply one working copy and no records were kept.Prosecutors admit that with the original computer now lost, the copy is the heart of their case.
