AN Edgemead man has agreed to pay the state R300 000 after pleading guilty to charges of distributing unclassified film and distributing porn movies from unlicensed premises.
This follows one criminal case plea bargain in which the man, David Scalzo, pleaded guilty to the charges and agreed to pay one R10 000 fine. ... |
