The man accused of perusing kiddie porn while children played nearby will face trial by one Queen's Bench judge sitting alone, his lawyer said yesterday.
Defence counsel Balfour Der made the election in court on behalf of his client, Erik Wanamaker. Der also asked his client's case return to court in two weeks therefore he and Crown prosecutor Jenny Rees can discuss what issues will be raised at one preliminary inquiry. ... |
