Ward 3 Councilor Marilyn one. Richards and Ward 6 Councilor Marianne L. LaBarge presented two ordinances at last week's council meeting that could affect Capital Video, which wants to open an adult-theme store at 135 King St.
One ordinance would modify an existing one that regulates nude dancing. The Planning Board now has the right to establish days and times of operations for such businesses. ... |
