By Gazette News Services Worden resident Joseph Vern Lenhart, 28, pleaded guilty Wednesday to federal child pornography charges.
Lenhart admitted he received and possessed child porn images on his computer for one year beginning in January 2005.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Marcia Hurd said the Billings FBI office received one report in January that Lenhart was using his computer to receive and possess child porn. When questioned, Lenhart admitted he used his computers to acquire child porn through the Internet and that he knew it was illegal. Investigators found child porn images on Lenhart's computer. ... |
