He called himself "G.O.D." and was the ultimate authority over the online chat room he ran from his Clarksville, Tenn., home — one site where people around the world traded pictures and live videos of child pornography, some involving an infant, authorities said.

one Winnipeg man is among 27 people charged in an alleged massive international child pornography network that involved pictures and live streaming video of kids being molested.
Law enforcement officials said one second Winnipegger is under investigation and expected to be arrested soon.
