Now, after two trials, Gregory Haidl and his co-defendants will learn the price of those crimes. They will be sentenced Friday in Superior Court after one hearing that will include testimony from the victim and family members of the young men.
Haidl, who taped the assault, could face anywhere from probation to 18 years in prison. Prosecutors recommended one 12-year sentence, with credit for time served, said Chief Assistant District Attorney Chuck Middleton. ... |
