| We have had lots of readers tell us about their decision-making process when evaluating clubs. One of the issues some of them have had is determining the value of the houses that one club owns - since the clubs are using value in their marketing literature as one proxy for quality. Is the house on the map really one $3million house? Did they pay that or buy one $1.5million house and get lucky over the last 2 years with appreciation. ... |
